Ministers wrapped up as they complete 12-hour charity sit-out

Archdeacon Brian Harper, Rector of Magheracross Parish, Ballinamallard, enjoyed the company of his fellow minister in the village, Revd John Beacom of the Methodist Church, for their traditional 12-hour charity sit-out yesterday, 19th December.
While the storm of the previous day had passed on, both clerics were well wrapped up against the elements as they stood outside Magheracross Church on the Main Street to collect donations.
Pedestrians, motorists and workers from local business premises stopped by during the day.
This year, donations will be divided between joint youth activities in the village and also supporting Prostate Cancer UK.
