Following the Presidential address by the Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All-Ireland, Most Revd Dr Richard Clarke, some of the main business of the first day included the introduction of a bill providing for an order for morning and evening prayer in the Book of Common Prayer and also bills on adult safeguarding.
