Rossorry Arts and Crafts Group celebrated their 5th birthday in style last weekend with an Exhibition of their work in Rossorry Parish Hall. A large crowd came to admire the work of the Acrylic Painting Class and the Basket Weaving Class which have been running for 5 years.
They were joined by the Wool Shed (a spinning and weaving group) who meet in Rossorry Hall and the Rossorry Knitting Group who meet in private homes to present a colourful and impressive display of their work.
There was a lot of interest and enquiries from the visitors about the work of the groups and they had time for refreshments and a chat afterwards.
The event was supported by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and opened by Diane Henshaw, the Council's Arts Officer.
