Admission of new Canons to Cathedral Chapter
The Dean of Clogher, the Very Revd Kenneth Hall admitted two new Canons to the Cathedral Staff of St Macartan's Cathedral Clogher and St Macartin's Cathedral Enniskillen on Sunday 20th September, the eve of the feast of St Matthew.
They were the Revd Canon Geoffrey Bridle, Rector of the Parishes of Cleenish and Mullaghdun, and the Revd Canon Henry Blair, Rector of the Parish of Magheraculmoney.
The Dean also congratulated the Revd Canon Dr Ian Ellis on his appointment as the Prebendary of Donaghmore in the National Cathedral of St Patrick, Dublin and offered him a seat in the Cathedral Stalls.
Also in the photograph are the Bishop, the Rt Revd John McDowell, the Archdeacon, the Venerable Helen Steed, the Precentor, the Revd Canon Noel Regan and Cathedrals' Curate the Revd Olie Downey. The Dean was also the Celebrant and the Bishop was the preacher.
