60th Anniversary of Derryvullen North and Castle Archdale Mothers' Union
Eileen Bleakley Mrs June McKeon and Dr Margaret Knox
On 30th May a 60th Anniversary Dinner was held in the Woodhill Hunting Lodge. Unfortunately our founder members were unable to be present, but we were delighted to have Mrs June McKeon, former Branch Leader present along with Revd Canon Glen and Mrs Caron West, also some visitors.
19 long service certificates were given out by our Diocesan President, Dr Margaret Knox, who is also our present branch secretary.
Dr Margaret thanked the members for their loyalty over the years. She also thanked Mrs Eileen Bleakley, Branch Leader and Mrs Violet Hughes, Treasurer for their support over the past year.
