Devenish and Boho Parish Bible Quiz
On Saturday 20th April 2013 the parish of Devenish and Boho hosted a Bible Quiz at the Reade Hall for our youth.
A number of young people from Innishmacsaint Parish and Erne West also attended. Sixteen young people participated in ten rounds which represented different topics within the Bible. These were very high scoring rounds averaging 80%. All six teams with an age range from 8 years to 17 years scored in excess of 70%. All those involved with teaching in Sunday School should be very proud as the scores reflect their work. After 10 rounds two teams were joint winners.
Prizes were awarded by Mr Alan Hazard of Magheraboy L.O.L who kindly sponsored the event. This was after a marvellous supper for which the Rev Ajuka said Grace. All those who organised and participated had a really fun night. The effort of our young people is greatly appreciated in regards their participation, those who organised the event and Magheraboy L.O.L.
