Schoolchildren visit clergy on charity sit-out
Revd Lorraine Capper and Revd John Beacom with visitors from Ballinamallard PS.
A 12-hour charity sit-out in Ballinamallard ended this evening for the Revd Lorraine Capper, Rector of Magheracross Parish Church and Revd John Beacom, Minister of Ballinamallard Methodist Church.
Taking up their position outside Magheracross Church on Main Street, they had plenty of visitors passing by during the 12-hour sit-out.
Among their visitors were P6 and P7 pupils accompanied by Kate Hassard and Elizabeth McElhinney from Ballinamallard Primary School.
This year's charities were Alzheimers Society and the Children's Heartbeat Trust.
