CYC Weekend 12-14 April 2013 Posters and Forms
The Youth section of this website http://clogher.anglican.org/Youth/ contains posters and booking forms for the CYC (Clogher Youth Council) 'You Unmasked' Weekend at the Share Centre, Lisnaskea on 12th-14th April 2013.
Rev Simon & Mrs Zara Genoe from Lisburn Cathedral are the guest speakers at the weekend beginning at 6:30pm on Friday 12th until 4.00pm on Sunday 14th April 2013.
As in previous years the weekend programme will be a lively mix of activities, talks, seminars, praise, prayer and worship. Accommodation will be in group chalets and the main farmhouse dormitory block.
Mixed groups should be accompanied and led by both male and female leaders who have Access NI/Garda clearance and Safeguarding Trust training. 1 male or female leader for every 10 boys or girls. Please complete a separate form for boys and girls. A Safeguarding Trust Panel will be in place during the weekend.
The cost to all those, including leaders, attending the weekend is set at £85 (€98) This cost has already been subsidised by the CYC committee from the full rate of £120. Individual parishes may wish to further subsidise the cost of the weekend for their young people. Parishes may also wish to cover the full cost of leaders attending the weekend.
Group leaders should download and complete the group registration form on the diocesan website.
The completed group form should be posted to Miss Joyce Clingan, CYC Secretary, 37 Meadow Farm, Garvary, Enniskillen, BT74 4QS along with a single cheque made out to "Clogher Diocesan Youth Council" to cover the cost of both leaders and young people.
Group leaders are responsible for their own group consent forms that can be downloaded from the diocesan website. These must be completed and brought to the weekend for reference.
