MU Autumn meeting
Mothers Union Autumn Meeting
The Autumn meeting of Clogher Diocesan Mothers' Union recently took on a
very different format to former years. It began with a service in St John's
Parich Church, Fivemiletown. The Music Group lead the worship and Mrs Linda
Lindsay was the special soloist. The speaker for the evening was Claire Homes
from SAMS.
The congregation then went to St John's Hall where a beautiful fork supper
was served. The business of the evening was completed within ten minutes!!
Non-members had been invited to this event in the hope that they would be
encouraged to join the Mothers' Union.
The general feeling was that this kind of meeting should be repeated often.
