Clogher Diocesan initiative to support medical services in Holy Land

After raising funds earlier in 2009 for the Al Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza, in response to the conflict in that region, the Diocese of Clogher has a new group of individuals about to embark on a fund raising initiative to support the development and delivery of medical services in the Holy Land, through financially supporting hospitals which are run by the Anglican Diocese of Jerusalem. One of the first fundraising events which members of the Holy Land Medical Relief Fund are planning is a Strawberry Tea, which will be held on Saturday June 13th 2009 from 2.00pm to 6.00pm in The Manor Garden Centre, Munville House, Lisnaskea by kind permission of Mr Timothy Elliott.

As already mentioned, the event will be in aid of the Holy Land Medical Relief Fund, an initiative being lead by some of those who participated on the two recent Clogher Diocesan Pilgrimages to the Holy Land. An open invitation is extended to all to come along.
