Friday 30th October – Embrace Social hosted by Magheracross Parish Plan to come and enjoy a great night out. More details later.

Thursday 5th November – Floral Art Demonstration is planned to take place in the Parish Hall, Letterbreen. The demonstration is presented by Timothy Elliott and tickets are £10 each including supper.

Saturday 7th November – Devenish Parish Sale and Auction in the Reade Hall at 2pm. This is our main fund-raising event with gifts of vegetables, fruit, cakes, items for the work stall and auction, the jelly and tea stalls. There will also be a number of sheep offered for sale this year.

Saturday 7th November – The Fellowship of Contemplative Prayer Autumn Quiet Day from 9.45am to 1pm in St. John's Parish Hall, Fivemiletown, led by Canon David Ferry. A soup lunch is served.

Saturday 7th November – Trory Parish Big Breakfast from 9am to 12.30pm in the Parish Hall at Ballycassidy in aid of Parish funds. Please come along, bring family and friends and get your breakfast made for you. All are welcome.

Sunday 8th November – Remembrance Sunday ahead of Armistice Day on Wednesday, 11 November with services in churches across the diocese.

Friday 13th November – Country Gospel Concert - An Evening of Music and Reflections with Patrick Feeney in St. Patrick's Church, Monaghan at 8pm with doors open from 7pm. Proceeds to Church Repair Fund. Tickets (?30) from Committee members or Sound Quality Gifts Monaghan.

Friday 13th - Sunday 15th November 2026 – Remembrance Festival in Holy Trinity Church, Lisnaskea with plans are being put in place for the church to be open for a display of military memorabilia from the First and Second World Wars to attract visitors from other churches and groups in the area. The exhibition will be open from 11.00am. -5.00pm on Friday and Saturday and 2.00pm - 6.00pm on Sunday. Teas will be served in the Trinity Hall beside the church and if anyone wishes to book please contact the parish office on 028677 23977 - Monday- Thursday 9.30am-1.00pm.

Sunday 15th November – Garvary Mothers' Union's 75th Anniversary Service in Garvary Parish Church at 10.30am. This will be a joint service with Derryvullen South. The service will be taken by Revd Maureen Desborough and the preacher will be the Rt Revd Dr. Ian Ellis.

Saturday 21st November – Grand Variety Concert will take place in Aghadrumsee Orange Hall at 8.00pm with proceeds split between Aghadrumsee Parish Church and Aghadrumsee LOL 1325. A night of fun and laughter not to be missed.

Saturday 21st November – Clabby Parish Auction at 1pm in Clabby Church Hall with viewing from 11.30am onwards. The usual range of items for auction firewood for sale, cake stall and tea available. Proceeds towards Church Funds.

Thursday 26th November – Christmas Floral Demonstration in Ballinode church by Wilma from JP Flowers, Monaghan at 8pm. Refreshments served and everyone welcome.

Sunday 29th November – 'A Christmas Miscellany' comprising Christmas Carols and season music performed by Irvinestown Community Choir, at 4.00pm in The Priory Church, Killadeas.

Friday 4th December – A Night of Carols in Drum Parish Church at 8.00pm with a wonderful evening of Christmas carols and festive cheer featuring Lisnaskea Silver Band, who will lead the music, along with our special guest choir, Cantari Donagh.

Friday 4th December – Magheracross Parish Christmas Fair following the Christmas Lights Switch On in Ballinamallard.

Friday 4th December – Monaghan Collegiate Sale in St Patrick's Church Hall from 10am to 2pm. There will be the usual stalls with tea and coffee available. Please come along and bring your friends.

Sunday 6th December – Advent Carol Service in Mullaghfad Church at 3.00pm on Sunday 6th December 2026, weather permitting. As in previous years, the collection taken at this service will be in aid of one of our local charities.

Monday 7th December – County Monaghan Church of Ireland Children's Society Annual General Meeting in St. Patrick's Church Hall, Monaghan at 3.00pm. The meeting will be chaired by the Bishop of Clogher, and everyone is welcome to come along and learn about what we do.

Saturday 12th December – Clones Parish Church Annual Christmas Fayre in the Creighton Hotel, Clones from 10am to 12 noon. All welcome.

Sunday 13th December – Maguiresbridge Parish Auction at 12noon - don't miss it!

Wednesday 16th December – Black Santa Sit-Out when Canon Lorraine Capper will be joined with Revd John Beacom from Ballinamallard Methodist Church from 8am to 8pm. This year we will be supporting two very worthwhile causes: Fermanagh First Responders who do a valiant job and Ballinamallard Football Club who had a very bad fire recently meaning a great loss of revenue to the club.
