May 2024

Sunday 26th May – Bi-annual Diocesan Service of Divine Healing and Laying on of Hands at 3.30pm in Christ Church, Ballybay. Preacher: Bishop of Clogher. Everyone very welcome. Refreshments following the service.

Friday 31st May – Car Treasure Hunt and Barbecue at 7pm beginning beside Christ Church, Trillick. It is free to come along with donations welcomed.

Friday 31st May – Tubrid Church 250: Information evening at 7.30pm about the 250-year history of the church and parish and to learn more about George Vaughan's generous endowment to build the church and former charter school. Event sponsored by the Vaughan Trust.

June 2024

Saturday 1st June – Car Boot Sale at Drummully Church. Gates open from 8am.

Sunday 2nd June – Trory Mothers' Union 120th anniversary celebration in Trory Church at 3pm, with a special commemorative service including enrolment of new members and followed by light refreshments. All are welcome to attend.

Wednesday 5th June – Mothers' Union Indoor Members Tea Party takes place in the See House, Fivemiletown at 3pm.

Wednesday 5th June – Abaana Concert with 'The New Life Choir' in the Archdale Centre, Lisnaskea at 7pm featuring 20 children travelling from Uganda to share their stories through song and dance and we would encourage everyone to come along. Any donations on the night will go to "Abaana".

Thursday 6th June – Service to mark 80th anniversary of D-Day Landings at midnight in Rossorry Parish Church, entitled; 85 DAYS REMEMBERED, recalling the events of the D-Day Landings' conducted by Revd. Stephen McWhirter.

Thursday 6th June – D Day 80 Commemorative Service in St. Macartin's Cathedral, Enniskillen followed by National Beacon Lighting Ceremony and Pipers Tribute. Hosted by the RAF Association, Fermanagh Branch.

Saturday 8th June – D-Day 80 commemoration at Trory with a day of events celebrating the important work of St. Angelo Airport and Castle Archdale in World War II on the site of the current St. Angelo Airport. The day starts with a short service of thanksgiving and grateful remembrance in Trory Parish Church at 10am. Events and celebrations then move to the airport from 11am-5pm. Please do come along and support these events.

Friday 14th June – Ballinode Barbecue at 7pm. Tickets (?12) available from parishioners.

Saturday 15th June – Women's Breakfast by the Garrison Group of Parishes with Guest Speaker Revd. Oli Downey in the Wark Hall, Belleek at 10am on Saturday. A chance to catch up with friends, enjoy a coffee, and hear an inspirational message.

Friday 21st June – Dartrey Picnic at 8.30 pm at Rockcorry School and grounds. There will be the usual parade of bands and special Ulster Scots music. All this will be followed by tea in the school. Everyone welcome

Sunday 23rd June – Summer Praise: Favourite Hymns of the Church Year in Derryvullen North Parish Church, Irvinestown at 7.00pm. As well as congregational singing, there will be special singing by the choir as well as soloists, duets and groups. A collection will be taken on the evening in aid of and divided equally between CMSI (for the Rev Andrew and Joanne Quill in South Sudan) and the Air Ambulance NI. Everyone will be welcome at this occasion of celebration.

Sunday 23rd June – BBC Radio Ulster Broadcast Service at 10am from St. Macartin's Cathedral, Enniskillen, on The Fourth Sunday after Trinity. Please note there will be no 9.00am service due to the set up for the broadcast at 10.00am. too. Please note this is a Radio broadcast, so no filming will take place. There will still be a later service at 11.30am.

Saturday 29th June – Walk and Run organised by Devenish Parish from the Reade Hall, Monea at 2pm. Proceeds from the event are going towards parish funds.

Saturday 29th June – Cleenish Summer Barbecue with the Belfast Ukulele Jam at Cleenish Parish Hall, Bellanaleck with food served from 7.30pm. Tickets 15 with children under 12 5.

August 2024

Saturday 3rd August – Car Boot Sale at Drummully Church. Gates open from 8am.

September 2024

Saturday 21st September – Mullaghdun Parish Auction in the Parochial Hall. More details later.

Sunday 22nd September – Tubrid Church 250th Anniversary Service combined with Harvest Thanksgiving at 3pm. Preacher: The Bishop of Clogher, Right Revd Dr. Ian Ellis followed by a meal.

October 2024

Saturday 12th October – Clabby Annual Tractor Run with registration from 10am and departure from Clabby Church Hall at 11.00am. Further details from Jim Monteith 07751803660. All Proceeds towards church funds.

Sunday 20th October – Servicde of Remembrance in Mullaghfad Church at 3.00pm when parishioners will again be joined by the Fivemiletown and Lisburn Branches of the Royal British Legion.

November 2024

Tuesday 12th - Thursday 14th November 2024 – Clogher Clergy Conference will be held in Dunfanaghy.

December 2024

Friday 6th - Sunday 8th December 2024 – Christmas Tree Festival in Cooneen Parish Church celebrating their 150 year anniversary. Viewing will begin on the Friday and the weekend will conclude with a Carol Service on the Sunday. More information will follow.
