September 2025

Saturday 13th September – Afternoon Tea and Cake Sale in Lisbellaw Parish Centre from 2pm - 4.30pm including an art exhibition/sale of works by a local artist. Proceeds in aid of Church Funds.

Friday 19th September – Slavin Harvest and Gospel Concert at 7.30pm with the preacher being Mrs Sarah Maguire (nee Cowan) a former parishioner. Gospel music will be provided by Andrew McMurdie from Banbridge. Supper served and everyone most welcome.

Saturday 20th September – Clogh Family Fun Day from 2pm - 5pm in Clogh Church Hall with bouncy castle and giant bouncy assault course, games, burgers, hotdogs, ice cream, tea, buns and much more. There will be a prize draw on the day with 1st prize - £700, 2nd prize - £200 3rd prize - £100. Everyone welcome.

Saturday 20th September – Harvest Family Walk through Belle Isle Estate with registration at 2.30pm and the walk commencing at 3pm. Everyone very welcome!

Sunday 21st September – Late Summer Parish Picnic originally scheduled to take place on Sunday 27 July is rescheduled to take place on Sunday 21 September (following the two morning services and before the Coolbuck service at 3pm) from 12.30pm to 2.00pm at the Lisbellaw United Football Grounds at the picnic tables and children's play area. Open to all at Lisbellaw and Coolbuck, simply bring your picnic and rug we look forward to seeing you there!

Sunday 21st September – Special Service of Dedication of Gifts by Bishop Ian Ellis in Maguiresbridge at 10.30am and in Derrybrusk at 12 noon. Service in Derrybrusk will be followed by stew lunch in Belle Isle hall with everyone very welcome!

Thursday 25th September – 'Can't Cook, Won't Cook' hosted by Lisnaskea Parish in Archdale Centre at 7.30pm.

Saturday 27th September – Harvest Concert in Lisbellaw Parish Church at 8pm. Further details to follow.

Saturday 27th September – Aghavea Tractor Run leaving from Aghavea Church through Lisnaskea, Maguiresbridge, Brookeborough and back out to Aghavea with the normal mix of old and new tractors, as well as vintage cars, motorcycles, or any other means of transport. There'll be our normal young tractor run in and around the carpark before the bigger ones head off. Please come along to support the fundraising for our Building Fund.

Saturday 27th September – Sallaghy Parish Mothers' Union Harvest Coffee Morning and Cake Sale with craft tables from 10.00am - 12.30pm.

Saturday 27th September – Harvest Concert in Lisbellaw Parish Church at 8pm featuring among others Lisbellaw and Tattygar Primary Schools. Proceeds towards Church Funds with gifts to be made to both local primary schools.

Sunday 28th September – Sallaghy Mothers' Union Harvest Coffee morning and cake sale with craft tables from 10.00am - 12.30pm.

Sunday 28th September – Harvest Festival Service and Rededication of Hall in St. Colman's Church, Clontibret at 3.30pm by Rt. Rev. Dr. Ian Ellis, who will be the preacher. Following the service, the bishop will rededicate the hall after refurbishment work.

Monday 29th September - Thursday 2nd October 2025 – Devenish Parish Pairs Tournament in Reade Hall Monea with finals night on 2 October.

October 2025

Friday 3rd October – Mullaghdun Harvest Festival in Mullaghdun Parish Church at 7.30pm, preacher Revd Rebecca Guildea.

Friday 3rd October – Harvest Service of Praise and Thanksgiving at 8pm with special guests: "The Different Keys Community Choir."

Friday 3rd October – Pudding Night hosted by Tempo Parish Church at 8pm in Tempo Church Hall with special guest, Brian Rankin and other musical entertainment. Proceeds towards church funds and Air Ambulance NI. Tickets £10. Everyone welcome.

Sunday 5th October – Galloon Harvest and Big Sing Sunday with special organist at 3.00pm. The plate collection will be in aid of Cancer Focus.

Friday 10th October – Barbecue and Evening of Fun with Embrace Socials hosted by Lisnaskea Parish in Archdale Centre.

Saturday 11th October – SAVE THE DATE - Diocesan Youth Adventure Day at the Share Centre, Lisnaskea, from 1.30pm - 4pm for Secondary School age young people. An afternoon of adventure for just £5! Book a place with your Rector or Youth Leader.

Saturday 11th October – Clabby Parish Annual Tractor Run with registration at Clabby Parish Hall from 10am and leaving at 11am. Contact Mr. Jim Monteith 07751803660. All proceeds towards Church Funds.

Friday 17th October – Cleenish Harvest Festival in Cleenish Parish Church, Bellanaleck at 7.30pm. Preacher: Revd Lindsay Farrell.

Friday 17th October – Monaghan Parish Annual Autumn Sale in St. Patrick's Hall. Please all come along to support and enjoy some tea, chats and tasty treats.

Saturday 18th October – Devenish Parish Concert at 7.30pm in the Reade Hall, Monea. The compere will be Mr Ian Coulter. Admission will be by ticket or pay at the door. Everybody welcome.

Sunday 19th October – Service of Remembrance in Mullaghfad Church, Fivemiletown at 3.00pm and we will again be joined by the Fivemiletown and Lisburn Branches of the Royal British Legion.

Friday 24th October – Social with Embrace hosted by Derryvullen South Parish in the Parish Hall from 8.30pm to 11pm. Admission £5.

Saturday 25th October – Cleenish Parish Auction in the Parish Hall. If anyone has any items to donate to the auction please speak to a Churchwarden. Further details to follow.

November 2025

Saturday 8th November – A Quiet Morning in Fivemiletown for parish, diocese and friends led by Sylvia Armstrong, Dublin Diocese, from the Fellowship of Contemplative Prayer. Coffee served at 9.40am with first contemplation at 10am and following a break, the second contemplation at 11.10am. There will be Quiet Communion at midday followed by lunch at 12.30pm. Friday 14th November – Clabby Parish Variety Concert at 8pm in Clabby Church Hall featuring Allure Brass, Irvine Memorial Pipe Band and drummers, Tempo Primary School Choir with other artistes to be confirmed. Tickets £10 or pay at the door. All Proceeds to Church funds.

Friday 21st November – Beetle Drive organised by Lisnaskea Parish in Archdale Centre at 7.30pm.

Thursday 27th November – Clogher Diocesan Synod commencing with a Service of Holy Communion at 6.30pm in St. John's Parish Church, Fivemiletown and afterwards followed by a meeting of Synod in Fivemiletown Parish Hall commencing at 7.30pm.

Thursday 27th November – Ballinode Church Christmas Floral Demonstration by JP Flowers will be held at 8pm.

Friday 28th November – Concert led by PSNI Ladies Choir in Derryvullen South Parish Hall, Tamlaght at 8pm. Music will include inspirational pieces, songs from musicals and some Christmas items.

December 2025

Friday 5th - Sunday 7th December 2025 – Christmas Tree Festival in St. Mark's Church, Newtownsaville. Further details will follow in the coming months!

Friday 12th - Sunday 14th December 2025 – Christmas Tree Festival in Killeevan Parish Church, Clones, Co. Monaghan. More details to follow in the coming months.

March 2026

Friday 20th March – Clabby Parish Table Quiz at 8pm in Clabby Church Hall. Everyone welcome. All proceeds to Church funds.
