October 2025

Friday 17th October – Cleenish Harvest Festival in Cleenish Parish Church, Bellanaleck at 7.30pm. Preacher: Revd Lindsay Farrell.

Friday 17th October – Monaghan Parish Annual Autumn Sale in St. Patrick's Hall. Please all come along to support and enjoy some tea, chats and tasty treats.

Saturday 18th October – Book launch of Catherine Campbell's new book 'Journey with Me through Christmas' in Fivemiletown Parish Hall at 10am. Catherine is a longtime friend of the parish and launch of her tenth published book will give an opportunity to learn about a devotional resource for the season of Advent. A light breakfast will be served. Join us if you can.

Saturday 18th October – Devenish Parish Concert at 7.30pm in the Reade Hall, Monea. The compere will be Mr Ian Coulter. Admission will be by ticket or pay at the door. Everybody welcome.

Saturday 18th October – Derrybrusk Parish Auction in Belle Isle Orange Hall at 2pm with firewood, baked goods, household items in aid of Derrybrusk Parish Church. Refreshments served.

Sunday 19th October – Service of Remembrance in Mullaghfad Church, Fivemiletown at 3.00pm and we will again be joined by the Fivemiletown and Lisburn Branches of the Royal British Legion.

Friday 24th October – Social with Embrace hosted by Derryvullen South Parish in the Parish Hall from 8.30pm to 11pm. Admission £5.

Friday 24th October – Annual Concert in Sallaghy Church Hall (BT92 8AT) organised by Newtownbutler District LOL featuring Cavanaleck Pipe Band, Toronto Seven and Rachel Hutchinson. Compere: Mark Trenier. Admission £10 with proceeds to the above.

Saturday 25th October – Cleenish Parish Auction in the Parish Hall. If anyone has any items to donate to the auction please speak to a Churchwarden. Further details to follow.

November 2025

Saturday 1st - Sunday 9th November 2025 – Threads of Remembrance Exhibition at Derryvullen North Church, Irvinestown, opening on Saturday, 1 November and continuing on Sunday, 2 November and on the following weekend, Saturday 8 November and Sunday 9 November from 10am to 6pm on Saturdays and from 2pm to 6pm on Sundays. Free admission but voluntary donation to charities; Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal and Air Ambulance NI.

Saturday 1st November – Variety Concert organised by Garrison Group of Parishes as part of the Rectory Fundraising Events in the Gilaroo Centre, Garrison at 8pm. Entrance is £10 per person for a great night's entertainment of music, comedy, singing and much more.

Sunday 2nd November – Annual Service of Friends of St. Macartan's Cathedral, Clogher in Clogher Cathedral at 3pm followed by the Annual General Meeting. Preacher; The Very Revd Shane Forster, Dean of Armagh Cathedral.

Saturday 8th November – Coffee Morning in Aughnamullen Schoolhouse from 10.30am to 1pm. All are welcome.

Saturday 8th November – A Quiet Morning in Fivemiletown for parish, diocese and friends led by Sylvia Armstrong, Dublin Diocese, from the Fellowship of Contemplative Prayer. Coffee served at 9.40am with first contemplation at 10am and following a break, the second contemplation at 11.10am. There will be Quiet Communion at midday followed by lunch at 12.30pm. Saturday 8th November – Devenish Parish Auction and Sale at 2.00pm in the Reade Hall, Monea.

Friday 14th November – Colebrooke Beetle Drive in Colebrooke Parish Hall at 7.30pm. Entry £10 per family. Refreshments will be served and a raffle will be held. All money raised will be for church funds. Everyone most welcome for an evening of fellowship.

Friday 14th November – Clabby Parish Variety Concert at 8pm in Clabby Church Hall featuring Allure Brass, Irvine Memorial Pipe Band and drummers, Tempo Primary School Choir with other artistes to be confirmed. Tickets £10 or pay at the door. All Proceeds to Church funds.

Saturday 15th November – Galloon Craft Fayre If you wish to reserve a table, please contact Sonia Johnston.

Sunday 16th November – Clogher Ministry of Healing Service with Laying on of Hands in Colebrooke Parish Church at 7.00pm. Everyone will be most welcome at this service and, like all services, open to all, not only those from the Church of Ireland. Tea and refreshments following the service.

Friday 21st November – Beetle Drive organised by Lisnaskea Parish in Archdale Centre at 7.30pm.

Saturday 22nd November – Maguiresbridge Parish Big Breakfast in Christ Church Parish Hall from 9am to 12.30pm. Adults £10, children £5. All proceeds to the Church. All welcome!

Sunday 23rd November – Drummully Special Dedication Service with Bishop Ian Ellis. The parish are dedicating the Church refurbishment and new sound system.

Thursday 27th November – Clogher Diocesan Synod commencing with a Service of Holy Communion at 6.30pm in St. John's Parish Church, Fivemiletown and afterwards followed by a meeting of Synod in Fivemiletown Parish Hall commencing at 7.30pm.

Thursday 27th November – Ballinode Church Christmas Floral Demonstration by JP Flowers will be held at 8pm.

Friday 28th November – Concert led by PSNI Ladies Choir in Derryvullen South Parish Hall, Tamlaght at 8pm. Music will include inspirational pieces, songs from musicals and some Christmas items.

December 2025

Friday 5th - Sunday 7th December 2025 – Christmas Tree Festival in St. Mark's Church, Newtownsaville. Further details will follow in the coming months!

Friday 5th December – Sallaghy Parish Concert in the Parish Hall with The Silvertones' and 'Ballinamallard Accordion Band'.

Saturday 6th December – Craft and Antique Fair with Vintage Themed Tea hosted by The Church Lads' Brigade in St John's Parish Hall, Fivemiletown from 10-3pm.

Friday 12th - Sunday 14th December 2025 – Christmas Tree Festival in Killeevan Parish Church, Clones, Co. Monaghan. More details to follow in the coming months.

Thursday 18th December – A Blue Christmas Service in Mullaghdun Parish Church at 7.30pm. This is a special service for those for whom Christmas is difficult. All welcome.

March 2026

Friday 20th March – Clabby Parish Table Quiz at 8pm in Clabby Church Hall. Everyone welcome. All proceeds to Church funds.
