December 2017

Tuesday 12th December – Faith & Friendship Inter-Church Bible Study in Mahon's Hotel, Irvinestown at 8.00pm. The passage for study will be Luke 1:26-38. All local church denominations are welcome. The January meeting will be held on 9th January at 8.00pm.

Wednesday 13th - Friday 15th December 2017 – Wreath Making for Trory and Killadeas Christmas Coffee Morning in the School House at 8pm.

Saturday 16th December – Annual Carol Service at the Stand, Ferney Park, Ballinamallard following the match between Ballinamallard and Coleraine. Readings by the players and brass players providing the music.

Saturday 16th December – Wreath Sale and Coffee Morning in Ballycassidy Parochial Hall between 10am-12.30pm. Organised by Trory and Killadeas Parishes.

Sunday 17th December – The Third Sunday of Advent (violet)

Sunday 17th December – Nine Lessons and Carols at 10am in Killadeas and 11.30am in Trory Parish Church.

Sunday 17th December – Musical Evening in Donacavey Parish Hall, Fintona at 8pm with St Eugene's Band and Derrick Mehaffey.

Monday 18th - Tuesday 19th December 2017 – A Winter's Tale in Glaslough Parish Church followed by mulled wine and tea and coffee in Castle Leslie. Funds in aid of the Sunday Project which is very much needed for the children.

Wednesday 20th December – Annual Christmas Sit-out in Ballinamallard from 8am-8pm led by Archdeacon Brian Harper, Rector of Magheracross Parish Church and Revd John Beacom, Minister of Ballinamallard Methodist Church. Donations to Abaana Children's Choir and Air Ambulance.

Thursday 21st December – Ecumenical Carol Service in St Finbarre's Parish Church, Carrickmacross at 8pm.

Sunday 24th December – The Fourth Sunday of Advent: Christmas Eve (violet-day, white-night)

Monday 25th December – Christmas Day (white or gold)

Tuesday 26th December – Saint Stephen (red or white)

Wednesday 27th December – Saint John the Evangelist (white)

Thursday 28th December – The Holy Innocents (white)

Sunday 31st December – The First Sunday of Christmas (white or gold)

January 2018

Monday 1st January – The Naming and Circumcision of Jesus (white)

Tuesday 23rd January – Senior Citizens' Dinner for the Grouped Parishes of Derryvullen North and Castle Archdale in Derryvullen North Parish Hall, Irvinestown. Meal provided by Saddlers Restaurant. Further details will be in the parish weekly announcements sheets.

Friday 26th January – Lisnaskea Parish Dinner in the Archdale Centre, Lisnaskea with food provided by Saddlers. Dancing to Doreen Crozier.    

February 2018

Friday 2nd - Monday 12th February 2018 – Pilgrimage to the Holy Land led by the Bishop of Clogher, Rt. Revd John McDowell. Visits to Tel Aviv, Sea of Galilee, Dead Sea and Jerusalem. For further details contact Canon David Skuce on 028 68641235 or email inishmacsaint@clogher.anglican.org

March 2018

Thursday 8th - Sunday 11th March 2018 – The Bible Comes to Life Exhibition hosted by Clogher Diocesan Board of Mission in St Macartin's Cathedral Hall. This unique exhibition returns again after 25 years to Enniskillen.

Friday 9th March – Country and Gospel Evening in Clontibret Parish Hall. Music by Kenny Archer. Tickets £10.

Friday 9th March – Marching Bands Concert in Tempo Parish Hall at 8pm.

Saturday 24th March – Gospel Concert in aid of Fields of Life in Holy Trinity Church, Dromore featuring Gospel singer and recording artist, Revd David McBeth.

April 2018

Saturday 21st April – Opening and Dedication of extension to the Reade Hall, Monea at 3pm.

May 2018

Tuesday 1st May – Diocesan Council Meeting at 2pm.

Tuesday 1st May – Board of Education Committee Meeting at 10.00am

Tuesday 1st May – Glebes Committee Meeting at 11.00am

Thursday 10th - Sunday 13th May 2018 – Church of Ireland General Synod in the Armagh City Hotel.

Sunday 13th May – Service of Dedication of New Organ in St Mark's Parish Church, Augher at 3pm by the Bishop of Clogher.

June 2018

Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th June 2018 – Colebrooke Home and Garden Open Days: Colebrooke Church will open for visitors with tea and refreshments provided in the Parish Hall. Proceeds towards charitable and philanthropic purposes.

July 2018

Sunday 8th - Friday 13th July 2018 – NewWine Sligo Summer Conference: A week of worship, teaching and ministry for individuals groups and families.

September 2018
